▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Material for constructing tin sulfide/tin oxide heterojunction using graphene as base is prepared by (i) dissolving tin-containing metal salt and sulfur source in deionized water to obtain first turbid solution after mixing, (ii) weighing the existing graphene into deionized water, and fully dispersing in a beaker to obtain a second turbid solution, and (iii) adding the first turbid solution to second the turbid solution, uniformly mixing, pouring the solution into a high-temperature reactor, controlling the reaction temperature and time, performing hydrothermal reaction, washing the cold zone and drying at room temperature to obtain the product. USE - Material useful for constructing tin sulfide/tin oxide heterojunction using graphene as base in photocatalytic degradation of dyes (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple process and mild condition. The material is stable and excellent in performance.
