▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Hummers method is performed for natural crystalline flake graphite or graphite powder, to obtain graphite oxide. The obtained product is dispersed in furfuryl alcohol solution and ultrasonically dispersed, to obtain mixed solution having concentration of 1-8 mg/mL. Oxalic acid is added to obtained product, uniformly stirred, impregnated with polymer chosen from polyurethane foam, polyethylene foam, polyvinyl chloride foam and polystyrene foam, foam extrusion is performed, polymerized and cured in oven at 60-160 degrees C for 1-4 hours, to obtain graphene-based foamed material. USE - Manufacture of graphene-based foamed material used for catalytic material, energy storage material and phase separation and adsorbent material. ADVANTAGE - The method effectively provides graphene foam material having high conductivity, large specific surface area and lipophilic property by simple process with high yield.
