NOVELTY - A titanium oxide/graphene quantum dots (GQDs)/nickel sulfide heterojunction photoanode comprises 85-99 mol.% titanium oxide, 0.1-5 mol.% GQDs and 0.5-10 mol.% nickel sulfide. USE - Titanium oxide/graphene quantum dots/nickel sulfide heterojunction photoanode. ADVANTAGE - The heterojunction photoanode has high light catalytic activity and stability, and can be prepared in simple, and easy manner.
