▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite fiber includes a core material fiber, a graphene layer covering the core material fiber and a hexagonal boron nitride layer covering the outside of the graphene layer. The graphene layer is directly grown and coated on the outside of the core fiber by chemical vapor deposition. The hexagonal boron nitride layer is directly grown and coated on the outside of the graphene layer by chemical vapor deposition. USE - The composite fiber is used in medical field, electronic circuit, super capacitor, smart wear, infrared communication, electric heating and heat emitter. ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple steps; has strong controllability, and easy industrial scale-up, and can realize rapid, low-cost, and batch packaging of graphene fibers, and the high-temperature-resistant graphene fibers after packaging have better thermal stability than those without packaging and antioxidant properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing composite fiber.
