NOVELTY - Graphene conductive paste comprises 80-100 pts. wt. water base, 1.5-3 pts. wt. copper loaded graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. stabilizer and 1-2 pts. wt. leveling agent. The copper-loaded graphene is prepared by (i) preparing potassium permanganate solution to adjust the pH value to 4, adding graphene oxide powder to ultrasonically disperse, soaking for 24 hours, ultrasonically peeling off, and centrifuging to remove the lower layer of precipitate and washing until the pH value of the washing liquid is not lower than 6, then drying the precipitate dry, to obtain flake graphene; (ii) dissolving 2,3-pyridinediamine in deionized water under the protection of nitrogen, adding flake graphene for ultrasonic dispersion, keep warming, adding phytic acid dropwise mix, heating in a water bath, heat-preserve and stirring, centrifuging after the reaction to get the precipitate and drying, and making modified graphene. USE - Used as graphene conductive paste. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare conductive slurry graphene, which has a lower resistivity in the conductive paste, and improves the compatibility of the base body of the graphene, and has a higher load rate of conductive material.
