NOVELTY - Photo-curing anti-corrosion resin ceramic composite material comprises 44-75.8 wt.% mixed resin, 0.6-10.3 wt.% hyperbranched polymer, 5-16.7 wt.% active monomer, 3.6-8.9 wt.% polydihydric alcohol modified epoxy acrylate, 0-8.4 wt.% o-cresol glycidyl ether, 0.4-11.2 wt.% photoinitiator, 0.2-1.1 wt.% photoinitiator synergistic agent, 0.2-0.6 wt.% p-hydroxyanisole, 0.3-2.2 wt.% plasticizer, 6.2-16.2 wt.% filler and 0.6-5.4 wt.% accelerant. USE - The modified nanometre silicon dioxide and modified nanometre aluminum oxide are prepared by ultrasonic treatment and surface modification. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: can be quickly cured in more than ten seconds to dozens of seconds under the UV light irradiation, and has good corrosion resistance, adhesive performance, and a certain degree overcomes the problem of large shrinkage of light curing resin.
