NOVELTY - Preparing wear-resistant chemical fiber woven cloth comprises (a) firstly winding hollow fiber yarn, graphite fiber yarn, biomass graphene nylon filament and bamboo fiber yarn, and mixing together by filament winding equipment, (b) soaking the mixed fiber yarn in aqueous polyurethane emulsion, selecting mixed fiber yarn, and drying by drying equipment, (c) soaking the mixed fiber yarn in an organic solvent, then adding nano carbon fiber powder and nanoparticles in the organic solvent, stirring the mixed fiber yarn with a stirring device in an organic solvent to form a layer of nano carbon fiber film and nano film on the surface of mixed fiber yarn, and (d) twisting the mixed fiber yarn into yarn, then warping, threading, and then weaving to obtain wear-resistant chemical fiber woven cloth, and spraying wear-resistant coating by using spraying equipment on the wear-resistant chemical fiber woven cloth. USE - The method is useful for preparing wear-resistant chemical fiber woven cloth. ADVANTAGE - The cloth: has excellent wear resistance. The method: can agitate the mixed fiber filaments by using a stirring device; and can form a layer of carbon nanofiber film and nano-film on the surface of mixed limiting filament when the organic solution on the surface of mixed filaments volatilizes.
