NOVELTY - Preparing wave-absorbing bismaleimide resin comprises (1) mixing bismaleimide resin, epoxy resin and absorbent into the internal mixer for banburying and coarse mixing to obtain crude mixed absorption bismaleimide resin, (2) introducing crude mixed absorbent bismaleimide resin into the open mill for refining and refining to obtain fine mixed wave-absorbing bismaleimide resin, introducing curing agent into the fine mixed wave-absorbing bismaleimide resin to obtain the wave-absorbing bismaleimide resin curing system, where curing agent is fatty amine curing agent, polyamide curing agent, aromatic amine curing agent, polyether amine curing agent, dicyandiamide curing agent, anhydride curing agent, and (3) different temperature stage trigger curing in curing system. USE - The method is useful for preparing wave-absorbing bismaleimide resin. ADVANTAGE - The resin has different viscosity in different process, which is better for dispersing the absorbent uniformly, which is better for rolling forming, and has better absorbing performance and stability.
