NOVELTY - A preparation of graphene transparent conductive thin film on flexible substrate comprises preparing 0.1-2 mg/mL water-ethanol-graphene oxide dispersion liquid and ultrasonic oscillating to obtain water-ethanol-graphene oxide dispersion; lower ultrasonic cleaning and drying flexible substrate in oven; heating flexible substrate in plate; adding water-ethanol-graphene oxide dispersion liquid to flexible substrate by injection to obtain film; and performing graphene oxide film process to obtain desired conductive thin film. USE - Method for preparation of graphene transparent conductive thin film on flexible substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has high efficiency and is suitable for large area and large scale preparation as compared with conventional technology. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene transparent conductive thin film on flexible substrate comprises preparing 0.1-2 mg/mL water-ethanol-graphene oxide dispersion liquid, where vol. ratio of oxidized graphite alkene, water and ethanol is 1:1-1:10, and ultrasonic oscillating to obtain water-ethanol-graphene oxide dispersion; lower ultrasonic cleaning and drying flexible substrate in oven; heating flexible substrate in plate; adding water-ethanol-graphene oxide dispersion liquid to flexible substrate by injection to obtain film; and performing graphene oxide film process to obtain desired conductive thin film.
