NOVELTY - Evaluating number of graphene layers comprises (a) mixing the graphene powder to be evaluated with carbon black, carboxymethyl cellulose, solvent, and deionized water to obtain a slurry, (b) stirring the prepared slurry evenly with a magnetic stirrer, so as to obtain a uniformly dispersed graphene mixed slurry, (c) coating the above-mentioned obtained uniformly dispersed graphene mixed slurry on copper foil and drying, (d) preparing a button battery with the dried copper foil as the electrode sheet of the current collector, and using an electrochemical test device to test the charge and discharge curve of the button battery, and (e) estimating the number of graphene layers of the graphene powder to be evaluated according to the charge-discharge curve. USE - Method for evaluating batch graphene number distribution based on embedded lithium dynamic model.
