NOVELTY - The electrochemical energy storage device has a cell that is comprised to incorporate an ion of a metal of groups comprising lithium, magnesium, and aluminum of a periodic system as an electrochemical active ion. The storage structure is comprised of an electrochemical active component and an electrochemical inactive component. A portion of the electrochemical inactive components is formed by a composite (A1) with graphene (G) or a graphene derivative. USE - Electrochemical energy storage device used in electrical propelled vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The energy density of electrochemical energy storage system id increased effectively and reliably. The significant strength of the components is increased. The weight and volume of the electrochemical inactive components are reduced. The manufacturing cost of the electrochemical energy storage device used in electrical propelled vehicle is reduced effectively and reliably.
