NOVELTY - Self-detecting aqueous self-repairing anticorrosive coating comprises 70-90% aqueous resin matrix and 10-30% self-detecting and self-repairing capsule. The self-detecting and self-repairing capsule comprises a capsule wall and a capsule core. The capsule core comprises an aqueous coating repairing agent and a color developer. USE - As self-detecting aqueous self-repairing anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating releases the color developer in the capsule when the capsule is torn due to microcracks in the local area in the coating layer, enables to observe the color change by naked eyes in the early stage of the corrosion reaction in the microcrack area, plays a role of self-detection and early warning, makes the microcrack area easy to be found and located and indicates the location for the repair of the coating layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the coating involving (1) loading the color developer, preparing a graphene aqueous dispersion with a certain concentration, adding a certain proportion of the color developer to the graphene aqueous dispersion, performing ultrasonic dispersion, filtering and drying to obtain graphene as a carrier of the color developer and (2) dispersing graphene prepared in step (1) and the aqueous coating repairing agent in a solvent and uniformly mixing to form a core material, forming polyurethane on the surface of the core material, specifically reacting polyhydroxy or a polyamino compound with isocyanate to generate isocyanate derivative, reacting with polyol to generate polyurethane and obtaining the self-detecting capsule, where the mass ratio of the color developer and graphene is (1-2):(2-1).
