▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sodium ion cathode slurry comprises sodium ion cathode material, dispersant and polyanhydride. The polyanhydride is selected from poly1,6-bis(p-carboxyphenoxy)hexane-sebacic acid, poly(fumaric acid-sebacic acid) and 2,4 poly(fatty acid dimer-sebacic acid). The polyanhydride is poly(fumaric acid-sebacic acid) and 2,4 poly(fatty acid dimer-sebacic acid) with a mass ratio of (20-80):(20-80). The sodium ion positive electrode material is sodium iron nickel manganate. The amount of the polyanhydride used is 0.05-0.77 wt.% based on the total amount of the sodium ion positive electrode slurry. The dispersant is N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP). The sodium ion positive electrode slurry includes a conductive agent and/or a binder. The conductive agent is selected from acetylene black, carbon black, carbon nanotubes and graphene. The binder is polyvinylidene difluoride. USE - Slurry for sodium ion positive electrode (claimed) used for sodium-ion batteries applied in fields of energy storage, hybrid power, and replacement of lead-acid batteries. ADVANTAGE - The sodium ion positive electrode slurry can effectively neutralize sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate on the surface of the sodium ion positive electrode material during the pulping process, thus preventing the above two substances from attacking the carbon-fluorine (C-F)/carbon-hydrogen (C-H) bond on the binder polyvinylidene difluoride, thus avoiding the problem that the binder removes hydrogen fluoride to form a double bond, cross-links, and finally forms a jelly state. The sodium ion positive electrode slurry has lower fineness, and better sieving performance by optimizing the positive electrode slurry system, so that the slurry is not jelly within 24 hours. The sodium ion positive electrode slurry solves the problem of poor battery performance after the sodium ion positive electrode slurry is made into a battery, and realizes a pulping method that takes into account both slurry quality and battery performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a preparation method of the sodium ion positive electrode slurry, which involves mixing polyanhydride and NMP to form glue solution, and mixing the glue solution with the sodium ion positive electrode material; and (2) a sodium ion positive electrode.
