▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Modified carbon fiber, obtained by encapsulating the surface of carbon fiber with biomass polymer. The preparation method comprises soaking the oxidized carbon fiber in 30-95 mg/ml biomass polymer solution, taking out and washing, and drying to obtain biomass polymer-encapsulated carbon fibers. USE - The modified carbon fiber is used as an epoxy resin-reinforced fiber (claimed). Can also be used in the aerospace, transportation tool, and energy equipment fields. ADVANTAGE - The monofilament tensile strength of organic cage frameworks- chitosan-grafted-carbon nanotubes (OCFs-CS-CNTs) is further improved, the interface shear strength and interlayer shear strength between the OCFs-CS-CNTs and the resin matrix are further improved. The modified carbon fiber has excellent mechanical strength and interface performance.
