▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Coating with hydrophilic self-cleaning ability comprises 80-100 pts. wt. hydrophilic solvent, 0.01-10 pts. wt. polymer, 0.01-0.5 pts. wt. chain initiator, 0.01-1 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.01-1 pts. wt. photoinitiator and 0-1 pts. wt. antistatic agent, where the polymer comprising ethylene, propylene, vinyl chloride, styrene and derivative, the polymer are cross-linked, interconnected or polymerized to form a high molecular polymer with a network structure, and the antistatic agent comprises alkyl quaternary ammonium salt, alkyl phosphate, alkyl phosphonium salt, alkyl sulfonic acid alkali metal salt, alkyl phosphate alkali metal salt, alkyl dithio amino formic acid alkali metal salt and/or ethoxylated fatty amine. USE - The coating is useful for building e.g. large billboard, and in skymored buildings and giant stone carving. ADVANTAGE - The coating has all-weather, durable, and good light transmission performance; uses antistatic agent, which reduces the resistivity of the material surface so that the solid small particulate matter is difficult to be absorbed on the base material surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing coating with hydrophilic self-cleaning ability comprising (1) dissolving polymer in half of the hydrophilic solvent or pure water, stirring for more than 1 minute at 25-50degreesC of water bath temperature, so that the polymer is fully dissolved in the hydrophilic solvent, (2) adding the chain initiator to the solution in the step (1) and mixing uniformly, (3) adding remaining hydrophilic solvent into the solution in the step (2), (4) adding silane coupling agent the solution in the step (3), and stirring for more than 3 at normal temperature, (5) adding photoinitiator into the solvent in the step (4), stirring for more than 5 minutes, and then allowing to stand obtain the coating with hydrophilic self-cleaning ability.
