NOVELTY - Film-coated board, comprises an anti-corrosion base film, a metal plate, a hot-melt adhesive film and a polymer waterproof coiled material arranged in sequence. Microsilica powder is added to the polymer waterproof coiled material and the hot-melt adhesive film respectively. The anti-corrosion bottom film includes a first bottom film layer for bonding with the metal plate and a second bottom film layer arranged on the first bottom film layer. The raw materials of the first bottom film layer include maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene, tackifying resin, silicon micropowder and graphene oxide, the maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene. The mass ratio of tackifying resin, silicon micropowder and graphene oxide is 1:0.1-0.5:0.05-0.6:0.0001-0.08. The raw materials of the second bottom film layer include matrix resin, silicon micropowder and graphene oxide in the mass ratio of 1:0.05-1: 0.0001-0.1. USE - Used as film-coated board. ADVANTAGE - The film-laminated plate has heat conducting performance and heat dissipation performance, which can make the heat generated by the exposed polymer waterproof rolling material during welding to quickly disperse out, so that the poor welding caused by the heating crease that occurs very easily during the welding of thermoplastic polyethylene (TPO) with thinner thickness can be avoided, has anti-rowing water boiling performance at the same time.
