NOVELTY - A graphene composite or oxidized graphene composite is prepared by carrying out mechanical peeling after mixing carbon material powder, solid grain and liquid working medium; removing substance of non-target composite, liquid working medium and remaining solid grain to obtain graphene composite or oxidized graphene composite. The carbon material powder is graphite powder, expanded graphite, expansible graphite, intercalation graphite or oxidized graphite powder. The dispersing agent is added in mechanical peeling process. USE - Method of preparing graphene composite or oxidized graphene composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method greatly increases peeling efficiency; and is suitable for large batch industrialization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene composite or oxidized graphene composite involves carrying out mechanical peeling after mixing carbon material powder, solid grain and liquid working medium; removing substance of non-target composite, liquid working medium and remaining solid grain to obtain graphene composite or oxidized graphene composite. The average grain diameter of solid grain is 1 nm to 100 mm. The carbon material powder is graphite powder, expanded graphite, expansible graphite, intercalation graphite or oxidized graphite powder. The surface tension of liquid working medium at the working temperature of mechanical peeling is 10-73 mN/m and viscosity is 1000000000 mPa.second. The dispersing agent is added in mechanical peeling process, where agent is present at 0-20%.
