NOVELTY - A graphene enhancer comprises 10-14 wt.% water reducing component, 12-18 wt.% slump retaining component, 3.2-3.6 wt.% gluconate, 8-12 wt.% graphene oxide, 0.4-0.6 wt.% stabilizer, and 51-66 wt.% deionized water. The reducing component comprises 30-35 wt.% methyl alkenyl polyoxyethylene ether, 3-4 wt.% acrylic acid, and 61- 67 wt.% deionized water. The slump retaining component comprises 25-30 wt.% allyl polyoxyethylene ether, 10-15 wt.% maleic anhydride, 1-3 wt.% acrylic acid, 5-8 wt.% diacrylic acid ethylene glycol ester, and 44-59 wt.% deionized water. USE - Graphene enhancer. ADVANTAGE - The enhancer solves concrete reinforcing agent using graphene concrete substrate defect, thus causing strength loss. It increases strength, impermeability and durability of concrete; highly efficient; has long-term storage stability; and increases same concrete intensity proportion of 30-46%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene enhancer 10-14 wt.% water reducing component, 12-18 wt.% slump retaining component, 3.2-3.6 wt.% gluconate, 8-12 wt.% graphene oxide, 0.4-0.6 wt.% stabilizer, and 51-66 wt.% deionized water. The reducing component comprises 30-35 wt.% methyl alkenyl polyoxyethylene ether, 3-4 wt.% acrylic acid, and 61- 67 wt.% deionized water. The stabilizer is polyethylene pyrrolidone. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene enhancer preparation method which comprises taking water reducing component and slump retaining component, adding deionized water, uniformly stirring, and adding sodium gluconate, continuing stirring and mixing, using sodium hydroxide solution and regulating pH value to 7.0; adding graphene and performing 20 KHz ultrasonic treatment for 2 5 hours, stirring and mixing; and slowly adding stabilizer, uniformly stirring to obtain the product.
