NOVELTY - Preparation method of a surface curing agent for stone curing, involves (a) adding lanthanum chloride solution to the fluoroacrylic resin solution, and performing UV irradiation, (b) preparation of the medium agent by sending maleic anhydride into the acetone solvent and stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding the modified clay, and then sending it into the reactor for reaction treatment with the reaction speed of 500-1000 rpm, and the reaction time of 20-30 minutes, and finishing the reaction, (c) graphene modification by feeding the graphene into the medium agent in step (b) for high-speed stirring for 10-20 minutes, finishing the stirring, then adding the silane coupling agent KH560 (3-Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane), and continuously stirring for 15-25 minutes, and (d) adding the fluoroacrylic resin solution processed in step (a), modified graphene, and anticorrosive agent to the reactor for stirring treatment, and reacting to obtain the surface curing agent. ADVANTAGE - The curing agent firstly reacts with the rare earth active liquid through the fluoroacrylic resin solution, and then undergoes irradiation treatment to improve its active energy, and in order to react more thoroughly with the reaction raw materials, the medium is grafted with modified clay through maleic anhydride. The modified clay has a porous fine hollow structure.
