NOVELTY - Preparing aluminum silicate heat-resistant cotton involves mixing alumina, silica powder and graphene micro-sheets, then melting, and blowing into flocculent fibers. The sprayed flocculent fibers are taken, and added inorganic binders, organic binders and additives, followed by mixing and pulping to obtain a slurry. The clothing blanks are produced by mechanical kneading molding method or technical molding. The clothing blanks are processed at 100-150 degrees C to obtain the aluminum silicate high-temperature resistant cotton for fire-resistant coils. USE - Method for preparing aluminum silicate heat-resistant cotton for fire-resistant coiled materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepared aluminum silicate heat-resistant cotton, that has fireproof performance, and also has good flexibility, and fireproof coil prepared from the aluminum silicate high-temperature resistant cotton has good flexibility, can realize omni-directional covering of fireproof building materials of various structures, and can achieve excellent fireproof effects.
