▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nucleic acid aptamer specifically combined with p-hydroxybenzylidene sulfuric acid hydrogen, comprising fully defined sequence of 76 nucleotides (SEQ ID NO:1) as given in the specification, is new. USE - The aptamer is useful in preparing a reagent for detecting sulfur-fumigated rhizoma gastrodia or a kit for detecting sulfur-fumigated rhizoma gastrodiae (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aptamer: shows that the dissociation constant of nucleic acid aptamer Kd is 31.85 plus minus 1.33, which can specifically bind to p-hydroxybenzylidene sulfuric acid hydrogen based on evaluation of the specificity and affinity of nucleic acid aptamers by graphene oxide fluorescence method; has characteristics of high specificity and high affinity; and can be used in the preparation of reagents for detecting sulfur-fumigated rhizoma gastrodiae, or in preparing kit for detecting sulfur-fumigated rhizoma gastrodiae.
