The central axes of the drive blades and the external fan are coaxially connected and arranged in the shaft penetration hole. The central shafts of the driving blades and the external fan are sealed with the shaft penetration hole of the oil tank housing by the sealing rings. The heat transfer layer portions of graphene are attached to inner surfaces and outer surfaces of the driving blades and the external fan. USE - Hydraulic oil tank in hydraulic system for LED illumination, computer, satellite circuit, laser weapon, handheld terminal equipment and other high-power and high-integration-Ievel systems.
