NOVELTY - Preparing intercalated graphene composite nylon material involves taking 0.4-1 pts. wt. 2-thiol benzimidazole, adding to 10-18 times of the weight of dimethyl formamide, and stirring. 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. ethyl bromide is added dropwise, and the mixture is poured into a constant temperature water bath of 50-60 degrees C. After addition is completed, the mixture is incubated for 3-4 hours under stirring, and the material is discharged to obtain a bromide ion solution. 18-20 pts. wt. graphene and 1-2 pts. wt. barium stearate are mixed and incubated at 90-95 degrees C for 5-9 minutes to obtain organic graphene. USE - Method for preparing intercalated graphene composite nylon material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare intercalated graphene composite nylon material, which has effectively improved graphene dispersion in nylon, reduced agglomeration, and improved stability strength of the finished material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing intercalated graphene composite nylon material involves taking 0.4-1 pts. wt. 2-thiol benzimidazole, adding to 10-18 times of the weight of dimethyl formamide, and stirring. 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. ethyl bromide is added dropwise, and the mixture is poured into a constant temperature water bath of 50-60 degrees C. After addition is completed, the mixture is incubated for 3-4 hours under stirring, and the material is discharged to obtain a bromide ion solution. 18-20 pts. wt. graphene and 1-2 pts. wt. barium stearate are mixed and incubated at 90-95 degrees C for 5-9 minutes to obtain organic graphene. 2-3 pts. wt. tricresyl phosphate, organic graphene are mixed, added with 2-3 times the weight of tetrahydrofuran, stirred. 1-2 pts. wt. dimethyl sulfate is added and temperature is raised to 40-50 degrees C. 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. lithium hydroxide is added, heated and stirred for 3-4 hours to obtain methylated graphene. 10-13 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol is added and temperature is kept at 50-60 degrees C for 10-20 minutes. The methylated graphene is added and magnetically stirred for 1-2 hours to obtain methyl alcohol graphene. 14-19 pts. wt. polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol is added and stirred at 60-70 degrees C for 10-20 minutes. 40-50 pts. wt. nylon, 2-3 pts. wt. palm wax are added and sonicated for 1-2 hours, added with 0.7-1 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane and sonicated for 3-10 minutes to obtain a nylonamide solution. The methyl alcohol graphene is added to the bromide ion solution, sonicated for 3-4 hours, added to the nylon amide solution and temperature is raised to 60-70 degrees C, incubated for 1-2 hours, filtered, washed with water and dried at room temperature to obtain the intercalated graphene composite nylon material.
