NOVELTY - Preparing graphene nylon superfine powder comprises (a) adding the dopamine hydrochloride aqueous solution to the aqueous solution containing ethanol and ammonia, reacting, separating, washing and drying to obtain polydopamine microspheres, (b) dispersing polydopamine microspheres in toluene, adding isocyanate, reacting, adding polyhydroxy cellulose to react to obtain cellulose modified polydopamine microspheres and (c) dissolving lactam and dispersant in the long-chain alkane, dispersing the graphene oxide and cellulose modified poly-dopamine microsphere in the long-chain alkane by azeotropic distillation, adding catalyst and isocyanate under the nitrogen, stirring, reacting, separating, washing and drying to obtain graphene nylon superfine powder. USE - The graphene nylon ultrafine powder is useful in fields of iron products coating protective layer, scratch-resistant buckle coating, radiator coating and coil coating. ADVANTAGE - The product has good fluidity, uniform and small particles, particle size between 10-15 µm, good thermal conductivity and has short melting time when heated.
