▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The substrate has a thin film transistor whose pixel electrode and drain electrode are electrically connected with each other. A conductive pixel electrode is made of graphite. A source electrode and the drain electrode of the thin film transistor are made of graphite. The pixel electrode, the source electrode and the drain electrode of the thin film transistor are combined together to form a graphene. USE - Array substrate for an LCD device (Claimed). ADVANTAGE - The substrate can prepare electrodes by using a grapheme film with high chemical stability and better flexibility so as to greatly reduce production cost, improve product competitive power, ensure simple operation process and prepare a large-area graphene film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing an array substrate. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a side sectional view of an array substrate.
