NOVELTY - The preparation method of car boot dust-proof cover involves using 45-90 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 10-25 pts. wt. butyl rubber, 3-8 pts. wt. nano-titania, 15-60 pts. wt. fluororubber, 10-20 pts. wt. cellulose, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene, 14-22 pts. wt. silica powder, 5-8 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 5-20 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 5-10 pts. wt. antioxidant, 5-10 pts. wt. reinforcing agent, 0.2-0.6 pt. wt. antioxidant, 2-5 pts. wt. halogen-free flame retardant, and 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. thermal stabilizer. USE - Preparation of car boot dust-proof cover (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the preparation of car boot dust-proof cover easily by simple process at low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of car boot dust-proof cover involves (i) weighing 45-90 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 10-25 pts. wt. butyl rubber, 3-8 pts. wt. nano-titania, 15-60 pts. wt. fluororubber, 10-20 pts. wt. cellulose, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene, 14-22 pts. wt. silica powder, 5-8 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 5-20 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 5-10 pts. wt. antioxidant, 5-10 pts. wt. reinforcing agent, 0.2-0.6 pt. wt. antioxidant, 2-5 pts. wt. halogen-free flame retardant, and 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. thermal stabilizer, (ii) adding silicone rubber, butyl rubber, fluororubber, vulcanizing agent, silica powder, and graphene to a rubber curing tank, vulcanizing at 180-200 degrees C for 5-9 hours, heat preserving, adding thermal stabilizer, stirring at 200-300 rpm for 40-60 minutes to obtain rubber compound (A), (iii) adding rubber compound (A) to a rubber vulcanization tank, vulcanizing, adding reinforcing agent, cellulose, antioxidant, silane coupling agent, and nano-titania into a rubber vulcanization tank, high temperature heating at 200-250 degrees C for 3-4 hours, and completely melting to obtain rubber compound (B), (iv) pouring the rubber compound (B) into a high-speed mixer, stirring at 125-185 degrees C, adding halogen-free flame retardant and antioxidant, stirring at 500-900 rpm for 15-30 minutes, and mixing to obtain a mixture (C), (v) injection molding the mixture (C) into a car boot dust-proof cover mold by an injection molding machine, cooling the car boot dust-proof cover mold, and trimming with an abrasive.
