NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-reinforced glass material by melt sintering, involves (i) mixing 90-150 pts. wt., preferably 120 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 50-90 pts. wt., preferably 70 pts. wt. vanadium oxide, 10-30 pts. wt., preferably 20 pts. wt. boron trioxide, 5-20 pts. wt., preferably 12 pts. wt. titanium nitride, 1-5 pts. wt., preferably 3 pts. wt. barium chloride, 1-5 pts. wt., preferably 3 pts. wt. aluminum oxide, 2-10 pts. wt., preferably 6 pts. wt. lignocellulose, 1-5 pts. wt., preferably 3 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 2-9 pts. wt., preferably 6 pts. wt. selenium powder and 10-20 pts. wt., preferably 16 pts. wt. graphene, grinding, sieving to obtain mixed powder with grain diameter of 100-200 meshes, (ii) heating mixed powder described in step (i) at 400-600 degrees C for 1-2 hours, heating up to 800-900 degrees C for 45-60 minutes at heating rate of 2-5 degrees C/minutes, pressing, (iii) naturally cooling to room temperature, and (iv) grinding and polishing glass profile in step (iii). USE - Preparation of graphene-reinforced glass material by melting and sintering. ADVANTAGE - The material has enhanced anti-impact strength, anti-bending strength and surface hardness, which is good for popularization and application.
