NOVELTY - Method for manufacturing graphene woolen fabric involves preparing graphene wool functional fiber by padding and rolling the wool fibers in ethanol solution dispersed with aldehyde-based graphene, ultrasonically vibrating and drying the wool fibers, blending wool using a mixture of pure wool fiber and graphene wool functional fiber as the fiber raw material, carding, spinning, warping, sizing, penetrating into a reed, weaving grey fabric, performing blank inspection, production repairing, hemming, washing, wrinkling, performing wet inspection, washing, dyeing, performing pressurized-water softening, stretching, drying, trimming, steaming, inspecting finished product, packing and warehousing. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing graphene woolen fabric (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method ensures excellent durability of the flatness of the fabric than a fabric obtained by blending traditional graphene yarn and wool, and has simple and controllable process.
