▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The proximity sensor (100) has a first elastic polymer layer (10) having a charging property and having a charging surface for generating static electricity in response to a charging characteristic of an adjacent external object. A graphene layer (20) is set to contact the inner circumferential surface of the first elastic polymer layer opposite to the charging main surface and has a resistance value changed by a change in charge density due to the generated static electricity. A current or voltage measuring element (30) is set to sense a change in the resistance value of the graphene layer. USE - Proximity sensor used for object sensing at instrument and industrial automation field. Used include but are not limited to operation measurement of the robot, microdissection surgery within not only the velocity measurement of the rotor but also the blood vessel, and all kinds of the medical examinations like the diagnostic for cancer. ADVANTAGE - The graphene proximity sensor has a structure in which the first elastic polymer layer and the second elastic polymer layer protects the graphene layer so that the graphene layer is not exposed to the outside. The graphene layer is not exposed to the outside and contamination and has the excellent sensitivity which is excellent in the durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a driving method of the proximity sensor; and (2) a manufacturing method of the proximity sensor. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the proximity sensor.
