ADVANTAGE - The nitrogen-doped mesoporous graphene has improved electroconductivity and specific surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the nitrogen-doped mesoporous graphene, which involves mixing self-assembled polymer and graphite oxide, adding aqueous ammonia, subjecting to hydrothermal synthesis, washing, and heat-treating.
