▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An epoxy-modified graphene film comprises 0.07-0.1 pt. wt. lithium methoxide, 10-13 pts. wt. glycidol, 25-30 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 100-110 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 46-50 pts. wt. aminated polyester emulsion and 2-3 pts. wt. hexabromocyclododecane. USE - Epoxy-modified graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The epoxy-modified graphene film improves the compatibility between the raw materials, and ensures the mechanical and uniform stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of epoxy-modified graphene film, which involves (1) adding hexabromocyclododecane to 20-24 times absolute ethanol, stirring, adding graphene oxide, heating at 55-60 degrees C, stirring for 2-3 hours with heat, distilling off ethanol and producing activated graphene, (2) adding methyl methacrylate and glycidol, transferring to stainless steel reactor, passing nitrogen, adjusting the temperature of the reactor at 90-105 degrees C, stirring for 1-2 hours, adding lithium methoxide and activated graphene, adjusting the temperature of the reactor at 150-160 degrees C, stirring for 3-4 hours with heat, discharging and cooling to obtain epoxy-modified graphene, (3) adding epoxy-modified graphene and aminated polyester emulsion, stirring at 25-30 degrees C for 1-2 hours, heating at 160-180 degrees C, adding dimethylformamide, stirring for 100-140 minutes, uniformly coating on a glass plate, delivering into the oven, drying at 70-75 degrees C for 10-13 hours, discharging and cooling.
