NOVELTY - Sealant composition modified graphene oxide and amide polymer in a molar ratio of 100:10-60, where the modified graphene oxide is graphene oxide modified by an amine compound, the amine compound is diamine H2N-R-NH2 (I), the amide polymer contains amido structural unit (II), phenyl structural unit (III) and sulfur trioxide-amido structural unit (IV) in a molar ratio 1:0.1-0.6:0.2-1, and the amide polymer has weight average molecule weight of 150000-900000 g/mol. USE - The sealant composition is useful in water-based drilling fluid for oil and gas drilling (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sealant composition: has excellent complete shale storage porosity and suppression effect of the shale. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Sealant composition modified graphene oxide and amide polymer in a molar ratio of 100:10-60, where the modified graphene oxide is graphene oxide modified by an amine compound, the amine compound is diamine H2N-R-NH2 of formula (I), the amide polymer contains amido structural unit of formula (II), phenyl structural unit of formula (III) and sulfur trioxide-amido structural unit of formula (IV) in a molar ratio 1:0.1-0.6:0.2-1, and the amide polymer has weight average molecule weight of 150000-900000 g/mol. R = 1-6C alkylene; R1 = 0-6C alkylene; R2, R3, R9, R10, R12, R13, R14 = H or 1-6C alkyl; R4-R8 = H, -SO3M, 1-6C alkyl or 1-6C alkoxy; R11 = 1-6C alkylene; and M = H or alkali metal element.
