▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphite alkene involves dispersing microcrystalline graphene with oxygen-containing functional group, soluble inorganic salt and nano-powder in water, so that the microcrystal graphene covers nano powder, removing nano powder and drying, where the nano powder is aluminum nanopowder or aluminum oxide nano powder with particle diameter independently selected from 100 nm. USE - Method for preparing graphene used as lubricating material for lubricating oil/grease friction coefficient, reducing abrasion, and enhancing working performance under high load. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene, which improves the stability of the graphene lubricant, and improves the dispersion stability in the lubricant by coating the graphene on the aluminum nano powder/alumina nano powder with particle diameter less than 100 nm, and by adding soluble inorganic salt to make the graphene can be maintained in the spherical structure, so as to form small particle diameter spherical graphene with grain diameter at nanometre level.
