▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The coating composition comprises a hydrate, graphene oxide particles discontinuously located on surface of the hydrate, and silica secondary particles positioned on the surface of the hydrate and on surface of the discontinuous island-shaped oxide grains. The silica secondary particles include a graphene-containing organic-inorganic hybrid coating film in which multiple silica nanoparticles are aggregated. USE - Coating composition for preparing graphene oxide-containing organic-inorganic hybrid coating film for use in automotive headlamp (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating composition ensures improved stability, pulverization property, dispersibility, interface bonding, graphene stability, and surface function of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The coating composition comprises a hydrate of general formula Xn-M-(OH)4-n, graphene oxide particles discontinuously located on surface of the hydrate, and silica secondary particles positioned on the surface of the hydrate and on surface of the discontinuous island-shaped oxide grains. The silica secondary particles include a graphene-containing organic-inorganic hybrid coating film in which multiple silica nanoparticles are aggregated. M=selected from Si, Ti, Ag, Sn, In, Zn or their combinations; X=a group selected from an epoxy group, a glycidoxy group, a vinyl group, an acryl group, a methacryl group, a carboxyl group, an amino group, a thiol group, a phosphoric group, a fluoro group, a chloro group, a bromo group, a substituted or unsubstituted 1-10C alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted 1-10C alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted 1-10C alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted 1-10C alkyl group or a substituted or unsubstituted 1-30C alkyl group, which is substituted with a functional group selected from 1-10C silyl groups, a hydroxyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted 1-10C alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted 1-10C alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted 1-10C alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted 1-10C alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted 1-10C ketone group, a substituted or unsubstituted 1-10C amine group, a substituted or unsubstituted 1-10C sulfur group, a substituted or unsubstituted 1-10C ester group, a 1-30C alkenyl group which is substituted or unsubstituted with at least one functional group selected from 1-10C silyl group, or a hydroxyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted 1-10C alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted 1-10C alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted 1-10C alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted 1-10C alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted 1-10C ketone group, a substituted or unsubstituted 1-10C amine group, a substituted or unsubstituted 1-10C sulfur group, a substituted or unsubstituted 1-10C ester group or a 1-10C silyl group; and n=1-3. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene oxide-containing organic-inorganic hybrid coating film, which involves: (A) preparing highly dispersed oxide graphene; (B) mixing and dispersing the silica nanoparticles and the precursor of the hydrate in a hydrophilic solvent with the highly dispersed oxide graphene; (C) hydrolyzing the mixed dispersion solution to prepare a graphene-containing organic-inorganic ceramic hybrid sol solution; (D) applying the hybrid sol solution to a substrate; (E) drying at 25-100 degrees C; and (F) treating the dried film at 50-900 degrees C.
