NOVELTY - A light anode comprises transparent conductive base, semiconductor nanofilm formed on the surface of conductive base, and dye layer absorbed on the surface of nanofilm. The film is a composite thin film containing semiconductor nanocrystal granules and graphene. The graphene is arranged on the surface of transparent conductive base. The angle between sheet surface of graphene and conductive base is 0-180 (preferably 60-120) degrees . USE - A light anode for graphite graphene composite dye sensibilization solar battery. ADVANTAGE - The anode reduces light absorption area of graphene and enhances light utilization rate of battery; thus improving photoelectric converting efficiencies at 44.7% and 15.8%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of manufacturing light anode.
