NOVELTY - The electric meter has a LED light supplement lamp (2) which is embedded on a meter (12). A camera (1) is installed on the meter. A microprocessor (16) is embedded in the meter and is provided with aglobal positioning system (GPS)module (15). The lower surface of the meter is provided with a rotating shaft (3) and the lower portion of the rotating shaft is provided with an electric telescopic rod (11). A hand holding rod (7) is provided with a video device (5) which comprises a touch screen. A graphene storage battery (8) is embedded in the hand holding rod. The internet port, a storage device and the GPS module are electrically connected with the microprocessor. The camera, an LED light supplement lamp, the video device, the touch screen and the microprocessor are electrically connected with graphene storage battery. USE - Visual automatic telescopic electric meter installed in room or outdoor of building. ADVANTAGE - The battery exhibits long endurance time and multiple LED light supplement lamps are provided to meet the outdoor bad environment application. The automatic electric telescopic rod meets reading requirements of different heights and records the meter information in a convenient and fast way.
