NOVELTY - Manufacture of corrosion-resistant metal base material involves coating a liquid carbonaceous material on a substrate containing 100 wt.% pure copper or mixture of 97-100 wt.% copper and other unavoidable impurities, heating, and forming a corrosion prevention layer having 1-4 graphene layers on one or both surfaces of the substrate. The 2D full width at half maximum is 20-40 cm-1. The corrosion-resistant base material has corrosion inhibition efficiency (%IE) of 97-99%. USE - Manufacture of corrosion-resistant metal base material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The metal base material having excellent corrosion resistance and durability is produced.
