NOVELTY - Knitting method of yarn-added graphene functional socks comprises determining specifications and dimensions of yarn-added graphene functional socks; determining size parameters of each portion of the socks and designing the knitting parameters of each portion of the yarn-added graphene functional socks in the computer plate making software; designing pattern of the yarn-added graphene functional socks in the computer plate making software; determining knitting process list of the yarn-added graphene functional socks, where process list includes number of knitting loops, knitting speed, and knitting pattern of organization and design; inputting process sheet to fully computerized hosiery machine, selecting yarn, determining yarn feeding sequence, feeding graphene functional yarn to each work, adding yarn guide, adjusting the bending depth and yarn tension, starting knitting of functional hosiery, and dropping hosiery; and knitting on the stitching machine. USE - The method is used for knitting yarn-added graphene functional socks. ADVANTAGE - The method has improved super far-infrared, anti-bacterial, moisture-absorbing, breathable, anti-static, anti-UV, deodorization, and warmth performance, reduces production cost, and has good air permeability and comfort.
