NOVELTY - A waste plastic film composite material comprises modified polyethylene (PE) particles scrap film, lignin, graphene, artificial powder, magnesium powder, water, alumina, titania, polyacrylamide, glass fiber, aluminum acetate, stearic acid, PE wax, azobisisobutyronitrile, isooctoate manganese, polyoxyethylene propylene, and trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate. USE - Waste plastic film composite material. ADVANTAGE - The waste plastic film composite material has good mechanical properties, anti-fouling property, impact resistance, heat resistance and flame retardant characteristics, and is easy to clean. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of waste plastic film composite material comprising: (A) selecting waste and old plastic as PE material through crushing, cleaning, drying, and granulating to obtain the modified PE having a particle diameter of 3-6 mm diluted waste old plastic particle; (B) making artificial stone powder, lignin crushing, and passing by 500-800 items sieve respectively, modified polyethylene waste old plastic particle, graphite, artificial stone powder, water magnesium stone powder, aluminum oxide, titanium dioxide, polyacrylamide, fiber glass, aluminate, stearic acid, PE wax, azobisisobutyronitrile, manganese iso-octoate, polyoxypropylene, and trimethylolpropane trimethyl acrylic ester; and (C) after sieving the artificial stone powder and lignin are put in high-speed heat mixer and mixing uniformly, heating at 100-125 degrees C, after mixing for 20-35 minutes, putting the mixed material into cold mixing machine, cooling to 35-50 degrees C, melting and extruding in double screw extruder composite material, where the extruder is at 180-210 degrees C, vacuum shaping platform, through wind cold type method for cooling, and cutting using a traction machine.
