NOVELTY - Aqueous static-resistant anticorrosive coating comprises 20-40 wt.% hydroxy acrylic acid dispersion, 10-20 wt.% modified polyester, 5-10 wt.% titanium white rutile, 10-15 wt.% zinc aluminum phosphate, 5-10 wt.% conductive potassium titanate fiber, 0.2-0.6 wt.% graphene powder, 1-2 wt.% film forming auxiliary, 0.5-1 wt.% dispersant, 0.2-0.3 wt.% wetting agent, 0.3-0.5 wt.% defoamer, 0.3-0.5 wt.% leveling agent, 0.2 wt.% antiseptic agent, 0.1-0.15 wt.% pH adjusting agent, 0.5-1 wt.% thickener, 5-15 wt.% deionized water, and 15-16 wt.% sulfamate-modified hexamethylene diisocyanate isocyanate. USE - Aqueous static-resistant anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The product has excellent electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, thermal radiation insulation capacity and weatherability, and outstanding physical and chemical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of aqueous static-resistant anticorrosive coating comprising preparing graphene water-based paste by mixing dispersant, wetting agent, defoamer, multifunctional amine adjuvant and deionized water, stirring, dispersing uniformly, adding graphene powder slowly, performing ultrasonic oscillation for 0.5 hour, and pulverizing using nano mill to obtain slurry; mixing remaining raw materials and deionized water, dispersing under high-speed for 30 minutes, grinding into fineness of 30 mu m pigment slurry, adding obtained slurry material, stirring for 20 minutes, filtering and packaging.
