▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of a structural color micro-pipeline involves: 1) preparing a colloidal crystal dispersion liquid and then forming a tubular colloidal crystal template with structural color, by using a capillary tube, using a vertical deposition method; 2) preparing a hydrogel pre-polymerization solution by mixing graphene oxide with hydrogel solution; 3) fixing a glass rod at the axis position of the tubular colloidal crystal template, followed by injecting the hydrogel pre-polymerization solution between the glass rod and tubular colloidal crystal template, curing and removing the tubular colloidal crystal template, followed by performing reduction reaction to form responsive structural color micro-tube. USE - The structural color microchannel is used in microfluidic system for controlling fluid flow rate, flow direction and for sensing analysis functions (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The structural color micro-pipeline generates shape change under specific stimulation, enables to control the flow velocity and the flow direction of fluid, inherits the periodic microstructure of a colloidal crystal template. The micro-pipeline having intuitive structural color change during deformation, provides real-time visual sensing analysis function.
