NOVELTY - Preparing large sheet graphene oxide involves (a) subjecting the original graphite to intercalation treatment in an intercalating solvent to obtain intercalated graphite, where the intercalation solvent comprises an acidic intercalation agent, and the acidic intercalation agent comprises sulfuric acid, fuming sulfuric acids, nitric acid and/or phosphoric acid, where the mixing proportion of the original graphite and the acidic intercalation agent is 1 g: 5-50 m, and (b) performing expansion treatment on the intercalated graphite obtained an expanded graphite, the oxidation treatment is performed on the expanded graphite to obtain an oxidized graphite, and (c) peeling the graphite oxide to obtain a single-layer oxidation graphene oxide. USE - Method for preparing large sheet graphene oxide used in nanometer electronic device, conductive ink, multifunctional fiber, functional film and energy material. ADVANTAGE - The method provides large sheet oxide graphene with high peeling efficiency.
