NOVELTY - A microfluidic channel system comprises graphene oxide layer and microfluidic channel layer sequentially formed on a substrate. USE - Microfluidic channel system is used for patterning of graphene for electric component e.g. optical wave guide and electronic circuit, heavy metal detecting sensor, biosensor and gas sensor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electric component using the patterned graphene has semiconductor property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of microfluidic channel system; and (2) patterning of graphene, which involves injecting liquid metal or ionic liquid into the channel.
