▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves ultrasonically dispersing non-defective graphene and nano-molybdenum disulfide in a solvent according to a mass ratio of 5:1-1:5 to form a uniform solution with a concentration of 10-100 Milligrams per Milliliters. The solution is dripped on a surface of a hydrogen-containing diamond-like carbon film. Friction experiment is carried out after the solvent is volatilized. The pair of ball is steel ball, alumina ball, silicon nitride ball and silicon carbide ball. The solvent comprises but not limited to de-ionized water, absolute ethyl alcohol, dimethyl formamide, N-methyl pyrrolidone, glycerol and phosphoric acid.
