▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A preparation method of flame-retardant polyethylene terephthalate composite material comprises (S1) dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, adding aqueous-soluble divalent metal salt to form a mixture, adding 2-methylimidazole methanol solution to the mixture and mixing uniformly, adding hydrazine hydrate to react until the temperature is 100℃, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain metal-organic frameworks (MOF) loaded reduced graphene oxide, (S2) dispersing MOFs loaded reduced graphene oxide in tetrahydrofuran, adding tetrahydrofuran solution of 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide (DOPO), reacting at 45-55℃ for 4.5-5.5 hours, filtering, washing and drying to obtain MOFs loaded reduced graphene oxide loaded DOPO and (S3) mixing polyethylene terephthalate with MOFs loaded reduced graphene oxide loaded DOPO, melting and extruding in a twin-screw extruder to obtain composite material. USE - The method is used for preparing a flame-retardant polyethylene terephthalate composite material, which is used in the preparation of polyester flame-retardant materials (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant polyethylene terephthalate composite material does not affect the basic mechanical properties of modified polyethylene terephthalate, reduces the peak heat release rate and total heat release rate of this material, has improved the limiting oxygen index and reaches the vertical combustion test to V0 level. The MOFs with a porous structure and reduced graphene oxide with a layered structure can act as physical barriers to reduce the release of smoke and the volatilization of combustible gases. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for flame-retardant polyethylene terephthalate composite material prepared by the above method.
