▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Oxidized graphite is ultrasonically stripped in a solvent, to obtain an enriched graphene solution. Enriched graphene solution and phosphorus-containing organic material are mixed, ultrasonically treated and evenly mixed, to obtain liquid mixture. The liquid mixture is dried, to obtain solid mixture. The solid mixture is subjected to microwave irradiation under inert gas and cooled to room temperature, to obtain phosphorus-doped graphene. USE - Production of phosphorus-doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables production of phosphorus-doped graphene with high yield at low reaction temperature within short period of time by economical method, without uneven doping.
