NOVELTY - Hybrid complex comprises graphite core particles, graphene nanosheets on the surface of the graphite core particles, and two-dimensional heterogeneous laminate structure containing nanosheets with transition metal dichalcogenide. USE - The complex is useful for preparing electrode active material for lithium-ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves cycle characteristics; does not require high pressure or high temperature treatment; and increases productivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the hybrid complex comprising preparing first nanosheet and second nanosheet, applying first surfactant to the first nanosheet, applying second surfactant to the second nanosheet, mixing first nanosheet to which the first surfactant is applied and the second nanosheet to which the second surfactant is applied, bonding them using electrostatic attraction, and heat-treating the mixture to remove the first and second surfactants to obtain a hybrid complex; (2) electrode active material comprising hybrid complex; and (3) lithium-ion battery comprising anode comprising electrode active material, cathode, separator interposed between the anode and the cathode, and electrolyte.
