NOVELTY - Flame-retardant composite clothes fabric comprises 10-15 wt.% activated carbon fiber, 12-15 wt.% polybutylene terephthalate fiber, 15-20 wt.% polybenzimidazole fiber, 5-7 wt.% m-phenylene isophthalamide fiber, 5-7 wt.% composite flame retardant, 57 wt.% Orlon (RTM: Acrylic fiber), 2-5 wt.% polyester resin, 3 -5 wt.% dicumyl peroxides, 3-5 wt.% hydroxypropyl distarch phosphate, 5-15 wt.% nano-scale stone needle fine powder, 5-6 wt.% sodium alginate, 5-7 wt.% composite softening agent, 3-5 wt.% glycerol caprylate and 7-10 wt.% graphene particles. USE - The flame-retardant composite clothes fabric is useful: as protective clothing of special industry and in outdoor sport suit. ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant composite garment material has high tensile strength, increased protection, better comfort, safety and greater application range.
