NOVELTY - Scaffold comprises graphene fiber. USE - The scaffold is useful for cell culture. The cell is stem cell. The stem cell comprises embryonic stem cell or adult stem cell. The cell comprises neural stem cell, mesenchymal stem cell, nerve cell, bone cell, cartilage cell, muscular cell or blood cell. The cultured cell is useful in composition for treating bone disease or ischemic necrosis of femoral head. The bone disease is degenerative arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or joint diseases caused by trauma (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The scaffold has excellent biodegradability.
