NOVELTY - A graphene material comprises a three-dimensional porous structure formed by solid graphene. The solid graphene is not less than 10 layers of two-dimensional hexagonal carbon single layer. The pores are distributed between the surfaces of the single layer. USE - Graphene material used as high energy density, high power density lithium ion battery, anode material, supercapacitor electrode material, catalytic material and catalytic support material for adsorption and water treatment. ADVANTAGE - The graphene material has structural stability, large surface area, good conductivity, and has simple preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of solid graphene comprising ultrasonic dispersing of graphite oxide in water, adding 1-4C alcohol as reducing agent, hydrothermally reacting at 80-280 degrees C to form porous graphene aqueous sol, and vacuum freeze-drying of aqueous sol to obtain solid porous graphene; and (2) preparation of graphite oxide comprising heating graphite powder in muffle furnace at 900-1100 degrees C, adding sodium nitrate and 98% concentrated sulfuric acid, putting in ice bath, adding potassium permanganate, stirring to keep temperature not higher than 20 degrees C, taking out from ice bath after 10-30 minutes, adding deionized water, placing in ice water bath for 10-20 minutes, and adding 1-10 wt.% hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) solution.
